High-pressure retrievable injectors, also known as high-pressure access fittings, are available with three different styles, connection types and lengths

Styles: Inline injector, 90 deg injector, quill
Connections to process pipe: 2″NPS flange, weld, threaded connections
Side tee connections 1/4″ to 1″ NPS flange, weld or threaded connection for mating to injection/sampling line
Up to 3/4″NPS flanged connection for quills, inline nozzles, 90° nozzles
Length up to 42″ (107cm) to fit a wide range of pipeline sizes
Temperature range: 0 F (-18°C) to 400°F (204°C)
Materials: carbon steel, stainless steel, Duplex SS, Super Duplex SS, Inconel 625 and 825. Code compliant: ASME, code B31.3, NACE-MR0175

Injection and Sampling systems are fundamental to corrosion control and process control programs. they are applicable to a large variety of processes in the petroleum, chemical, and water treatment industries, injection systems are used to inject a wide range of chemicals into processes. such chemicals include biocides, demulsifiers, corrosin inhibitors, oxygen scavengers, glycol and mono-ethylene glycol, dewaxers, methanol, odorizers, and product additives.
Injection systems may be as simple as using an open-ended tube that allows for even distribution of the injected chemical or as complex as using a head with a cap and core to obtain precise atomization of the chemical.
Sampling systems are used to take samples of the process fluid or medium. such samples are then analysed in the laboratory for inhibitor concentration levels, the presence of metal ions, oxygen levels, forming compounds, and a wide range or process parameters.
